Our Story

A different kind of advisory firm

We started Growth Incorporated because we saw that there was a gap in the support available for C-suite leaders navigating an increasingly politicised and turbulent world. An offer that combines the best in strategic thinking and analysis with a deep understanding of the motivations and actions of government. Our founders, Tony Danker and Helen Puddefoot, met at McKinsey and both later worked as advisers in government. Our clients recognise that in order to succeed in today's world you need to take a holistic view and that's just what we do.
